it’s been a really long time since i last posted….deepest apologies for the long leave of absence…the last few months has been really crazy, life as a new parent as well as the backlogs to cope….i have to be honest, it wasn’t an easy or a smooth ride….thank God I still managed to squeeze this post in…

A fantastic wedding that I witnessed in December 🙂
When I first met up with Chris & Evelyn I knew immediately that being a part of their wedding was going to be an absolute blast….. and guess what it truly was!!!!! I had a great laugh especially during the gatecrash and the guys didn’t exactly have the easiest of time entering the bride’s house…I got to hand it to them though, WELL DONE GUYS!!!

After months of intense discussion, we are finally ‘Live’. It’s really great when fellow creative minds are open to the idea of sharing various skills, ideas and technical handling. I have long awaited to be in a group of such like minded individuals. Wedding Cinematographers Guild (WCG) currently comprise of Ichiro Films, Alvinadeline and Simplemotion and we are always searching for new members who share a similar passion and vision towards Wedding Cinematography in Singapore. I was given the privilege  to document the birth of our daughter, Isabel. What looked like a natural birth, turned out to be a caesarian after 36 nerve recking hours. Mel is a real fighter and seeing her cope with the pregnancy in the last 9 mths has made me realize her love for me in bearing me a child. As a friend once told me the feeling of seeing your child for the first time is indescribable and I couldn’t agree more. I was completely and utterly dumbfounded when I first laid eyes and held little Isabel in my arms.
Julian & Michelle’s wedding took place at a very beautiful church in the west, lots of natural light available, every photographer’s and videographer’s dream 🙂 It was really fantastic to see the both of them so in love. Take care guys and God Bless.
One of the most number of push ups I have seen at a single attempt from the groom and his brothers 🙂 It was a real joy to be a part of their wedding 🙂
Yet another very simple affair, no gatecrashing etc just a nice simple and clean church wedding 🙂
